Vigorously promote Shenzhen's printing industry to participate in international competition

"national printing looks at Guangdong, Guangdong Printing looks at Shenzhen", proposed by tanhaohui, a member of the municipal CPPCC:

vigorously promote Shenzhen's printing industry to participate in international competition

"national printing looks at Guangdong, Guangdong Printing looks at Shenzhen". For example, in 2006, the total output value of Shenzhen's printing industry was nearly 30billion yuan, ranking first among cities in the country. In the "11th Five Year Plan" of Shenzhen, which was passed at the two sessions last year, the municipal Party committee and government have clearly listed the "cultural industry" as the fourth pillar industry of Shenzhen, and the printing industry is a major component of the cultural industry, accounting for more than 40% of the cultural industry, with a top priority. In this regard, tanhaohui, a member of the Shenzhen CPPCC, proposed that Shenzhen should promote the integration of the printing industry into the circular economy and support the printing industry in Shenzhen to participate in international competition. Yesterday, member Tan Haohui specially accepted an exclusive interview with this newspaper

advantages: Shenzhen's printing target spacing measurement industry takes the lead in the country.

Commissioner Tan Haohui introduced that Shenzhen's printing industry, taking advantage of its geographical proximity to Hong Kong and Macao and the policy advantages of the special economic zone, has developed from two manual workshop printing plants at the beginning of the establishment of the special economic zone to the present in 26 years, and has become characterized by digital prepress, offset printing, mechanized automation, post printing, high-tech printing materials, etc It is an advantageous traditional industry dominated by high-end products and high value-added products and dominated by packaging and decoration. Shenzhen's printing industry is in a leading position in the country, close to or up to the world's advanced water and oil system. Oil leakage generally occurs at the connections of buffer valves, oil return valves, oil delivery valves, oil pumps and pipelines. At present, there are more than 2000 printing plants in Shenzhen, with nearly 200000 employees and an annual output value of nearly 30billion yuan

among the top 100 national printing enterprises in 2005, Shenzhen enterprises accounted for 22 seats, of which the top three were Shenzhen enterprises

dilemma: the printing industry is facing internal worries, and the majority of customers do not know how to select models. The further development and expansion of Shenzhen's printing industry is now facing many constraints. For example, member Tan Haohui said that under the four "unsustainable" difficulties in Shenzhen, the shortage of land resources has seriously restricted the development of the printing industry. This is the internal worry of the development of Shenzhen printing industry

the printing industry in Shenzhen is also facing increasing external competitive pressure. As the land resources of other cities in the Pearl River Delta are richer than those of Shenzhen, many international printing giants have been attracted to settle in recent years. The printing industry in Dongguan increased by nearly 30% in 2006, with an output value of more than 20billion yuan, which is likely to catch up with and surpass Shenzhen. In addition, the printing industry in the Yangtze River Delta region and the Bohai Bay Rim region has also developed by leaps and bounds. If Shenzhen's printing industry does not break through and change, it will gradually lose its leading position in the country

way out: strive for a place in the international market

Commissioner Tan Haohui believes that in order to further develop and expand the printing industry in Shenzhen under the existing conditions, we must make use of the geographical advantages adjacent to Hong Kong and the technical advantages of high printing level to develop the high-end printing industry and move towards the international market. In this regard, the government should give support to the printing industry from the following aspects

first, among the more than 2000 printing enterprises in the city, about 200 enterprises with leading technology were selected to be qualified as high-tech enterprises, and printing enterprises were encouraged to develop technologies with high scientific and technological content, high output, low energy consumption, low sound consumption and no pollution, so as to promote the overall upgrading of the industry and overcome the shortage of land resources

second, the municipal printing industry association and other institutions should be supported to vigorously promote the Shenzhen printing industry to participate in the formulation of international standards. In international competition, the voice of standards is very important for enterprises to explore the market. If important standards are formulated by foreign enterprises, it will be very detrimental to the development of Chinese printing enterprises overseas

third, China's first printing product testing center should be established in Shenzhen to provide a service platform for technological innovation of printing enterprises

fourth, an on-the-job training center in the printing industry should be established to train on-the-job technicians, technicians, operators, etc. At present, most of the 200000 employees in Shenzhen printing industry have not received formal vocational training, and enterprises cannot find suitable training institutions to train employees. The establishment of a training center can provide human resources for the development of the printing industry
